SV Solution Centric Sdn Bhd (SVSC) was incorporated on 5 February 2007 after the merger between Solution Centric Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd and SV Corporation Sdn Bhd. The directors of the company held by Dato' Nasri Nasrun as Executive Chairman, Tengku Zambri (Founder Director of Solution Centric Consultant Sdn Bhd) and Adzman Musa a former MAMPU Deputy Director. It was established with the aim to provide domestic and international consulting solutions to Malaysian companies and the Malaysian Government as well as South east Asian region.

SVSC is an associate company of Solution Centric Consulting Ltd, United Kingdom (SCC) which was formed in 1998 by Gary Garner and Joseph Smith to provide innovative solutions to clients in Asia Pacific, and the UK.

SCC has developed a unique approach and methodologies to providing business focused solutions called MINDSET. SCC specializes in Technology driven Business Process Solution, Strategy, Corporate Advice and Strategic Change for businesses in or entering emerging markets.
